Job Tasks
- Receive components and chemicals,verify the acceptable condition of the containers prior to receiving the material, examine contents and compare with records such as manifests, packing slips, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipments
- Record the receipt of material into company ERP system
- Place components and chemicals in Quarantine area until passed by QC
- Place Quarantine stickers on components and chemicals,
- Load and unload trucks as appropriate
- Prepare shipments by truck and/or UPS
- Maintain Shipping Records (receipt and shipped to records)
- Arrange components and chemicals to facilitate FIFO use
- Keep area clean: sweep floors as necessary
- Make sure that all boxes of components, chemicals are securely closed in order to prevent contamination
- Following all cGMP’s
- Operates forklift, pallet jacks and other associated warehouse equipment
- Drives vehicle to transport materials within the warehouses/facility
- Conveys materials and items from/to receiving, warehouse, staging, or shipping areas as directed
- Opens cartons, bales, crates, and other containers and ensures shipments are undamaged. Notes any discrepancies on receiving paperwork.

Requirements
- Physical Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Receive instructions through oral and written communications accurately and quickly
- Convey answers or instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, and quickly
- Must be able to lift and move up to a max. of 75 pounds
- Employee will be subject to dust, noise, fumes and odors
- Employee will be exposed to inside and could be exposed to outside environmental conditions
- Occasional travel will be required, primarily, but not limited to travel between sites (Pawtucket and Lincoln, RI)

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ yrs. experience in a manufacturing environment operating forklift, stretch wrapper, and other associated warehouse equipment.
- Proven work record to include the ability to perform all the following:Good communication and interpersonal skills, proven analytical and trouble-shooting skills, good written and oral skills
